Lab Playgrounds are sandboxes that offer a secure, isolated environment to experiment with unfamiliar tools and commands in a live, pre-configured sandbox, without risking production environments.
Unlike other labs, Playgrounds does not have specific objectives or guided instructions. Instead, they focus on a general topic, allowing for a flexible experience that does not impact your skill profile.
Like all labs, Playgrounds are timed (with an average duration of 4 hours) and do not require software installations or account credentials.
Because Playground Labs are flexible and lack specific objectives, they will not appear on your skill profile. However, enterprise users can include Playground Labs in a course to provide a real environment for hands-on practice alongside the course material.
Tip: It's important to note that while Playground Labs offer an open environment, restrictions apply to ensure you stay within the assigned topic.
As you're using the platform, you can only have one active lab session at a time, whether you access it as part of a business or as an individual user. If you try to start another Lab Session while one is already active, you'll be prompted to choose between the two active sessions.
If you already have an active session for a specific lab, you'll see a "Continue" button. Clicking on it will directly take you to the session page.
