Subscribing
Regardless of whether you already have an account, you can receive regular updates from QA. You can sign up for our mailing list on our blog page. Scroll down until you see the Get Regular Updates section on the left:
Unsubscribing
Regardless of whether you have an account, you can unsubscribe from QA marketing mailing lists. You can follow this link to unsubscribe from all lists at once, or you can use the link in the footer of the email, as you see in the following image, to customize which emails you receive:
Clicking the link takes you to your Communication Preferences, where you can choose which types of emails you want to receive or stop receiving. You can also scroll to the bottom and select the Unsubscribe me from all mailing lists box. Don't forget to click the Update Email Preferences button at the bottom to save your preferences.
Note: If you have a QA account, the application must send you some kinds of messages, called transactional messages. Transactional messages are messages that help you use the product, such as the emails to reset your password or alert you when you've been assigned a new training. You cannot unsubscribe from transactional messages.
