This article discusses the Product Progress report. The Reports feature is available in enterprise accounts. Administrators, team managers, and stakeholders can access the Reports screen.

Product Progress Report
The Product Progress report shows all the content that users have started in QA. You can run the report to contain data for your entire company, for a particular team, or for a particular user.
Tip: This report shows only the content components that the user consumed. To see the courses or Training Plans that contain the content, see the course Progress Report and the Training Plan Consumption report.
This report contains a row for each time a user begins a piece of training content and contains the following columns:
Column | Description |
name |
The name of the user who began the content. Users may appear in multiple rows of this report if they have begun multiple pieces of content. Users who have never started content do not appear in the report. |
The email address of the user. |

join_date |
The date the user joined your QA account. |
deletion_date |
The date the user account was deleted from your QA account. If the user is still active, this column is empty. |
UID |
A unique identifier of the user. |
external_sso_id |
If your account uses SSO, this field contains the permanent ID that you mapped in your SSO settings. Otherwise, this field is blank. |
content_type |
The type of content the user began. Possible values are: Lesson, Exam, Quiz, Hands-on Lab, and Resource. |
content_title |
The name of the content that the user began. |
last_active_major_version_id |
Deprecated. This column will be removed in a future version of the report. |
user_id |
[deprecated] A numeric user ID. This column is no longer supported and is planned for removal from the report. |
object_id |
A unique identifier of the content. |
entity_steps_count |
The number of steps in the content. For example, if a lesson contains 6 videos, a 6 appears in this column. |
progress |
The user's percentage completion of the content, including partial steps. |
average_score |
The user's average score on all attempts at this content, if it is an exam or quiz. If the content is not an exam or quiz, this column is empty. |
last_successful_score |
The user's score on their most recent passing attempt at the exam or quiz. If the content is not an exam or quiz, this column is empty. |
successful_steps_count |
The number of steps the user has completed successfully. |
failed_steps_count |
The number of steps the user has attempted and failed. |
skipped_steps_count |
The number of steps the user skipped. |
completed_steps_count |
The number of steps the user has completed. |
first_activity_date |
The date the user began progress on this content. |
last_activity_date |
The most recent date the user was active on this content. If the user has not started, this column is empty. |
first_successful_date |
The date the user successfully completed the content. |
last_successful_date |
The most recent date the user successfully completed the content. This date may be different than the first_successful_date if a user re-takes an exam or quiz to try to improve their score. |
sessions_count |
The number of times the user has accessed this content. |
