This article discusses the Team Members report. The Reports feature is available in enterprise accounts. Administrators, team managers, and stakeholders can access the Reports screen.

Team Members Report
(Before June 13, 2022 the title of this report was Active Team Members report.)
The Team Members report lists each team in your account and each team member on a team, including the member's role on that team. Effective June 13, 2022, this report includes members who have been invited to a team, regardless of whether they have accepted the invitation. Members who are not on a team are excluded from the report.
The report contains a row for each user for each team. The same team appears in multiple rows if it has multiple members, and the same member may appear in multiple rows if they are on multiple teams. This report contains the following columns:
Column | Description |
User Id | The unique identifier of the user. You might use this value to identify the user while using the API. |
External SSO Id | If you have SSO enabled on your account, this is the unique user identifier that the SSO system uses. If this column is empty, then the user logged in without SSO. |
The email address of the user. |

Team external id | The unique identifier of the team. You might use this value to identify the team while using the API. |
Team name | The name of the team in your account. |
Parent team external id | The unique identifier of the parent team. You might use this value to identify the team while using the API. |
Parent team name | If the team has a parent, this is the name of the parent team. If the team is already a top-level team, this field is blank. |
Team Role | The user's role on the team identified in the Team external ID field. For example, this column might contain Team Member or Team Manager. |
Job Role | If the member is assigned a job role, this is the title of the job role. If the member is not assigned a job role, this field is blank. |
Career Path | If the member is assigned a job role that is part of a career path, this is the title of the associated career path. If the member is not assigned a job role, or if the job role is not part of a career path, this field is blank. |
