This article discusses the Inactive Members report. The reports feature is available in enterprise accounts. Administrators, team managers, and stakeholders can access the Reports screen.

Inactive Members Report
The Inactive Members report lists the members in your account, regardless of when they joined your account, who have not consumed training content in a given time period. You choose the time period when you run the report. If you do not choose a time period, the report includes all users in your account who have never consumed training content in QA.
You might use this report to identify members who are taking up a content-access without taking advantage of it. You might also use this report to identify users who should have content access but do not.
The report contains one row for each member who has never consumed training content.
This report contains the following columns:
Column | Description |
User external id | The unique identifier of the user. You might use this value to identify the user while using the API. |
External SSO Id | If you have SSO enabled on your account, this is the unique user identifier that the SSO system uses. If you do not have SSO enabled on your account. this field is blank. |
The email address of the user. |

Full name | The full name of the member. |
Has admin access | Indicates whether the user has administrator privileges. Valid values are TRUE or FALSE. |
Has content access | Indicates whether the user has a content-access license. Valid values are TRUE or FALSE. |
Company Joined At | The date and time the member joined your account. |
License Expiring At | The date and time the user's license expires. If this field is blank, then the user's license does not expire. |
