This article discusses the Members report. The Reports feature is available in enterprise accounts. Administrators, team managers, and stakeholders can access the Reports screen.
This article contains the following sections:
Members Report
(Before June 13, 2022 the title of this report was Active and Invited Members report.)
The Members report lists the members in your account along with information about each member. This report contains one row per member.
This report contains the following columns:
Column | Description |
User id | The unique identifier of the user. You might use this value to identify the user while using the API. |
The email address of the user. |

External SSO Id | If you have SSO enabled on your account, this is the unique user identifier that the SSO system uses. If you do not have SSO enabled on your account, this field is blank. |
Full Name | The full name of the member. |
Invite - Join Date |
If the member has invited in the Status column, this column contains the date the member was invited. If the member has active in the Status column, this column contain the date the member joined. |
Status |
The status of the member. Valid values:

Is Admin | Indicates whether the user has administrator privileges. Valid values are TRUE or FALSE. |
Has content access | Indicates whether the user has access to content in the content library. Valid values are TRUE or FALSE. |
Teams | A count of the number of teams that the user is a part of. The value in this field does not include the top-level organization as one of the teams. |
Current license expiry date | (As of 9 May 2022) Contains the expiration date of the member's current active content-access license. This column is blank if the member does not currently have content access. |
Previous license expiry date | (As of 9 May 2022) Contains the expiration date of the member's most recent expired content-access license. This column is blank if the member does not have a previously expired content-access license. |
Job Role | (As of 9 May 2022) If the member is assigned a job role, this is the title of the job role. If the member is not assigned a job role, this field is blank. |
Career Path | (As of 9 May 2022) If the member is assigned a job role that is part of a career path, this is the title of the associated career path. If the member is not assigned a job role, or if the job role is not part of a career path, this field is blank. |
