When you remove content access for a member in your account, their progress through content may appear differently on your reports. The following lists describe how the progress you see in reports changes depending on the circumstances.
Member has completed the assigned training plan:

If you remove the member's content access, the member's training plan progress does not change and is still included in reports.
- If you remove a member from your organization, no information from the member appears in reports.
Note: We recommend removing members' content access rather than removing them from reports for this reason. -
If you remove a member from a team, the member's progress does not change and is still included in reports. However, the member's information no longer appears on the reports for the team's manager, since the member is no longer on the manager's team. Only administrators can run reports with the member's training plan progress.

If you archive a training plan, the member's progress is still included in reports.

If you delete a training plan, the training plan status changes to Deleted and no information about any member's progress on it is available in reports.
Note: This is a reason why you should archive rather than delete training plans in most cases, especially if members have already started the training plan.
Member has not completed the assigned training plan:
- If you remove the member's content access, the member's training plan progress does not change and is still visible in reports.
- If you remove a member from your organization, no information from the member appears in reports.
