No, skills-based programs and content-based programs are mutually exclusive at this time.
Skills-based programs depend on Smart Skills, Smart Assessments, and special training content that has been curated to get your team members to the proficiency level their Job Role requires. The regular content from the training library does not have the associated Smart Skills and Smart Assessments to allow the system to assign content dynamically.
Fortunately, your team members can have multiple programs assigned at once, so you can set up your skills-based program to teach Smart Skills and also set up a content-based program to add on specific training content that you want to assign.
