This article describes how to report a bug or provide feedback in the mobile app.
The mobile app has a support system right in the app. Choose Give us Feedback from the Settings menu to send you message. You receive responses in the app as well. Check the My open issue or My messages menu. We also send our responses to your email address.
Tip: Don’t forget to tell us the operating system you're using when you send your request. We also welcome screenshots to help diagnose the problem.
If you have a problem, please tell a person, not a computer!
You are welcome to use the Rate Our App option to tell the world what you think of the QA app. We love seeing what you think. However, if you have a problem with the app, please give us a chance to fix it through the feedback tool!
