We test labs instructions frequently, especially after cloud providers’ service modifications. Try these steps to troubleshoot problems with the labs:
- Some steps in labs are very complicated and results rely on subtle configurations, so first verify that you've done every step in the lab.
- Try disabling all plug-ins and programs that could block the labs sessions, including password managers, spam filters, and ad/pop-up blockers.
Tip: Using a private/incognito browser window turns off many browser extensions that might cause problems. - If you’re still having trouble, you can submit the lab's name along with a detailed description of the error messages to the Customer Support team.
