This article covers the steps for downloading and managing content on your mobile device for you to use when you are offline. You complete these procedures from within the QA mobile app.
You can download video courses and quizzes to make them available offline on your mobile device. The content you download uses the internal memory on your mobile device until you delete the content. You may need to check that your device has enough space for the content before you begin downloading.

How to Save a Quiz Session
You can save a quiz session on your mobile device to use while you're offline. From within the mobile app, browse to the quiz you want to download. Tap the cloud icon on the upper right-hand corner of the quiz landing page.
When the download icon changes to a trash can icon, the quiz is downloaded and available to use offline.
Note: You can tap the trash can icon on this screen to remove a quiz from your device.
How to Save a Video Lesson
You can save a video lesson on your mobile device to use while you're offline. From within the mobile app, browse to the lesson you want to download. Tap the download icon next to the lecture to save it.
The loader shows the download progress. When the download icon changes to a trash can icon, the lecture is downloaded and available to use while you are offline.
Note: You can tap the trash can icon to remove the video lesson from your device.
How to Browse Downloaded Content
Even when your device is offline, you can browse the content that you downloaded within the app. From your dashboard, tap the Download tab at the bottom to see the list of all content you have downloaded on your device.
The Downloads screen appears with a list of the content that you downloaded to your device. You can tap the content that you want to use. You can also delete an individual piece of content from your device or delete all downloaded content from this screen.
How to Delete Downloaded Content
When you are done using content offline, you can clear space on your mobile device by deleting it. You can delete each piece of content individually by tapping the trash can icon on that piece of content. You can also delete content from the Downloads screen.
