Video courses are available in personal and enterprise accounts. In enterprise accounts, members, team managers, and administrators can view video courses.

Where are the Video Player Controls

When you start a QA video lesson through the app, the video begins playing in a video player. When you tap the screen, tools briefly appear overlaid on the video. In the following graphic, you can see the tools that appear.

What Video Controls are Available

The video player tools give you control over your watching experience. The following table lists the tools and explains what each one does.

	Close: Tap this icon to close the current video and return to the previous screen.
	Cast: Tap this icon to cast the video training to a television or monitor.
	Subtitles: Tap this icon turn subtitles on or off and to choose the language. Many courses have subtitles in languages beyond English, including Portuguese, French, Spanish, and German.
	Course list: Tap this icon to see a list of the courses in the course.
	Back to start: Tap this icon to return to the beginning of the video.
	Back 10 seconds: Tap this icon to jump back 10 seconds in the video.
	Play/Pause: When the video is playing, this button turns into a pause button. When the video is paused, it turns into a play button.
	Forward 10 seconds: Tap this icon to jump forward 10 seconds in the video.
	Forward to end: Tap this icon to jump to the end of the video.
	Progress bar: The bar across the bottom of the video provides a visual indication of how much of the video you have watched. You can tap on the bar to jump to a different point in the video. The number on the left of the bar shows how much of the video you've watched so far. The number on the right of the bar shows how long the video is.
	Playback speed: Tap this to change how fast the video plays.
	Playback quality: Tap this to change the video quality. If your internet connection is slow, you might get better performance by reducing the quality.
