There are two ways that administrators and stakeholders can compare the skills of two or more teams on the Skill Profile dashboard: segmenting by teams or sorting the leader board by teams.

To access the Skill Profiles dashboard from the product dashboard, click the company icon in the top left of the screen:

Click Intelligence and then click Skill Profiles from the menu that appears:

Segmenting by Teams

Segmenting your Skill Profile by teams lets you see the whole Skill Profile focused on team performance. To implement these segments, select Team from the Segment by drop-down at the top of the screen. The following image shows where to find the Segment by drop-down.

Choose Team from the list as shown below:

By default, the dashboard compares the three top-performing teams. You can remove the default teams by clicking the X next to their names and you can add teams by clicking the +. You can compare up to 5 teams at the same time.

Sorting the Leader Board by Teams

Sorting the leader board by teams lets you set up your segments to see different aspects of your company's skills and then see how the teams perform in those aspects. To sort the leader board, scroll down to the Top Users in your Organization section of the Skill Profile. Choose Teams from the drop-down menu on the right side.

The section changes to be called Top Teams in your Organization and shows a list of all the teams in your organization, ranked in order by the skill scores you chose when you configured the fields at the top of the screen.
