Recent releases to the QA platform have changed the steps administrators use to see a full list of the members in the organization. Use the following steps to see a list of all members in the organization:
- On the Organization screen, click Advanced Search.
The advanced search screen appears with a full list of the teams, members, and join requests in your organization.
- Click the Members filter on the left side of the screen to limit the search results to only the members.
Tip: You can control the scope of the search by clicking the drop-down to the left of the search field. By default, the scope is the whole organization, but you can use this drop-down to limit it to an individual team.
A list of the members in your organization appears:
