This article relates to Training Plans assigned to a team or an individual member by an administrator in an enterprise account. Individual enterprise members and users of personal accounts should refer to Assigning Yourself a Training Plan.
By default, Training Plans send two kinds of emails:
- Reminder messages called "nudges." The nudges go to people who are assigned the training plan when they get behind schedule in completing the Training Plan content.
- Progress updates called "notifications." The notifications go to managers or other stakeholders to inform them on how the team is progressing through the Training Plan.
You control both kinds of emails in the Settings of the Training Plan.
How to Turn off Nudges
Administrators or the team leader can turn off email nudges by following these steps:
- Open the Training Plan where you want to turn off the nudges.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the Settings tab.
- Click Disable next to Send nudges automatically.
How to Turn off Notifications
Administrators or the team leader can remove (or add) individuals to the list of people who receive Training Plan notifications list by following these steps:
- Open the Training Plan where you want to turn off the notifications.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the Settings tab.
- Click Edit next to Notifications.
The Notifications window appears. - Click the X next to each name you want to remove from the notification list and then click Done.
