Yes! You can add your own SCORM training to your QA account so your users can complete it within the QA platform. The training is fully interactive in QA, and by adding your custom training content, your users can go to just one central location for all their job training.
SCORM is a popular eLearning standard. Many learning management systems (LMSs) use it to create interactive training experiences. If your organization has an LMS, you may already be using SCORM content. QA supports all versions of SCORM from 1.2 onward.
You can export your SCORM package from your LMS and upload it to QA as a Custom Resource in Content Engine. You just choose the SCORM Upload tab on the screen where you add custom resources, as you see in the following graphic.
After you upload the SCORM package, you can include it with other custom content, like exams, hands-on labs, and other custom resources, in your custom courses.
Your QA account tracks the time that users spend on your custom content. If your training package is SCORM 2004 4th Edition, then the platform can even show the user's progress inside the course screen, the same way it does for delivered courses, as shown in the following graphic:
Regardless, the platform remembers where users left off so, if they leave and return to a SCORM resource with multiple sections, they won't have to start over.
