I can't find the link to access Ela
Ela is available during your live and virtual course through the QA learning platform. You access it from a link in your myQA course preparation checklist.
Here's how to get there:
- Log in to myQA.com and open your course.
- Work through the course-ready checklist. One of the steps includes a link to access the AI Learning support.
- Click the link. You may need to complete a one-time account setup the first time — see the sections below for what to expect.
Note: If you don't have a QA learning platform account yet, one is created for you automatically
when you click the link. You don't need to sign up in advance.
I'm being asked to confirm a screen I don't recognise
This is expected. If you already have a QA learning platform account, you'll see a one-time confirmation screen the first time you come through from myQA.
This screen connects your myQA account to your platform account, so you only need one login going forward. Confirm the prompt, then verify your identity with your existing platform credentials.
After that, you go straight through — you won't see this screen again.
I confirmed the screen but now it's asking me to log in again
This is part of the one-time account setup. Confirming the screen alone isn't enough — the system also needs to verify the platform account belongs to you. Enter your platform email and password to complete the setup.
You won't be asked to do this again after the first time.
I've forgotten my platform password
On the login page, select Forgot password and follow the steps to reset it.
Once your password is reset, return to the QA learning platform login page and log in with your new password, or go back to the Ela link in your myQA checklist.
I'm seeing an error that says my company requires Single Sign-On (SSO)
Your company has set up mandatory SSO for the QA learning platform. This means you need to log in through your company's identity provider — logging in with an email and password, or with Google or Apple, won't work.
On the same page, select “Log in with company account” and enter your company SSO credentials.
Note: If you're not sure what your SSO details are, check with your organisation or the Platform Support team.
I don't know which login method to use
It depends on how your account was set up. As a general guide:
Personal account: You log in with the email address and password you registered with, or with Google or Apple if that's how you originally signed up.
Company account without SSO: You log in with your work email and password. You may also have the option to use Google or Apple if your company allows it.
Company account with SSO: You log in with whichever method your company uses — this could be an email and password, a company SSO provider, or a social account like Google or Apple.
If you're not sure which applies to you, check with your organisation or the Platform Support team.
