Find Answers to Common Questions
You can use the help center to search and discover answers to many common questions and concerns. From your dashboard, click on the help button located toward the top right corner of your screen.
From here, you can click Search help center to learn from hundreds of articles specifically written to help you find the answers you need. You can also navigate directly to https://support.platform.qa.com/hc/en-us and use the search box, or click on any of the categories below the field.
Submit a request
You can also contact support directly from this Help Center by clicking the Submit a request link in the upper-right corner. Then, fill out the form and click Submit.
Use the Report an issue button
This button is available from both the web app and mobile app versions of our platforms.
