Customer support can be your first point of contact for any question or issue you encounter while using the web platform or the mobile app. Support is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, using all methods.

Dedicated CSMs for Enterprise
If you are a member of an enterprise account with an assigned CSM (Customer Success Manager), you can also directly contact your CSM, especially for questions about:
- Adjusting your number of licenses
- Renewing or cancelling your account
- Creating/assigning Training Plans
