Why didn't I receive a receipt?

When you make a purchase with QA, such as starting or upgrading a subscription, the system sends you a confirmation message with the transaction details by email.

The email comes from support@payments.cloudacademy.com. If you did not receive this email, check your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact platformsupport@qa.com.
