This article describes the steps you take to change your email address for the different QA account types.
If you have a B2C subscription & use a username and password.
You can change your email address by navigating to your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select "account settings" from the drop-down.
- On the left side, go to the account settings menu, and click on "Edit profile info".
- Edit your email address and click "update info".
Once the update is saved, you will receive an email to confirm your updated email.
If you are a member of a company (B2B), with Single Sign On (SSO).
You won't be able to change your email in the account settings UI.
Your email address is stored within your company’s Identity provider (IdP) and sent to the QA platform when you access the platform with Single Sign-on (SSO).
- To change your email, please contact your company admin and get it updated in the IdP. The next time you log in, your email will be updated on the QA platform automatically.
