This article describes the steps you can take to reset your password using the password recovery tool.
Follow the steps provided below:
- On the web platform login screen, click the "Login with email and password" button.
- A new screen will appear, click on the "I forgot my password" link. Alternatively, you can go directly to https://platform.qa.com/login/recover page.
Note: You can also access password reset via our sister platform https://app.qa.com/login/. Only use this option if your organization has directed you to access QA content through this platform.
- Enter the email address you use to log in and click the "Continue" button.
Tip: Don't forget to check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox right away.
- The Platform sends an email titled "Reset Your QA Password" to your email address.
- Once your reset email is successfully submitted, the message below will appear.
- Go to your email inbox or spam folder and follow the instructions.
- Set a new password for your account and click "Reset password".
- Once your password is successfully reset, you must navigate to the login screen to log in with your new password. Go to https://platform.qa.com/login/ to log in, or for a QA apprenticeship account, go to https://app.qa.com/login/.
What if you don't receive the password reset email?
In case you don't receive the email to reset your password, check whether:
- Single sign-on (SSO) has been enforced by your company.
- The account you're trying to reset the password for is still active.
- You're not trying to access the wrong website.
