QA requires you to provide only as much personal data as the platform requires to function. You have the option to provide more personal data to optimize your experience. 

Required Personal Information

• Last name
• Email address
• Mobile phone number (only occasionally and not stored)

The platform uses your first and last name to customize your experience. Your email address is your username, and so it is required to log in to your account.

To prevent unauthorized logins, occasionally the platform collects your mobile phone number. Your mobile phone number is not stored; it is used only to send you a one-time verification code via text message.

Other Information for Service Delivery

While not personal information in the traditional sense, some identifying technical information is required to prevent unauthorized access and for the platform functionality to work:

• IP address
• Cookies
• Device identifiers

Optional Personal Information

You have the option add additional profile information to enhance your account functionality and personalize your experience. For example, you can add:

• A profile picture
• Your job role
• Your learning objective 

Some functions of your account may connect to other services, such as LinkedIn or Twitter. Your credentials for these services are not stored in your QA account.
