This article discusses integrating QA with your Degreed account. This feature is available to enterprise accounts. You must be an admin to access the screen in QA where you set up this integration. You also need administrator access to your Degreed account.

QA-Degreed Integration
QA can integrate with your Degreed instance to bring all your training content together in one place. The integration syncs the following two kinds of information between QA and Degreed:
- The entire QA registry becomes visible in Degreed, including custom resources you create in Content Engine.
- Usage information about QA content completed by learners becomes available in Degreed as well as in QA.
If you set up single sign-on (SSO) between the two applications, you learners can go directly to the QA content by clicking in Degreed. Without SSO, they must log in to QA separately.
QA content in Degreed
In the following image, you can see an example of QA content appearing in Degreed. The content looks similar to other training content in Degreed.
The names of content types differ slightly between QA and Degreed. The following table describes how QA content types map to Degreed content types:
QA content type |

How to Set Up Integration with Degreed
QA must activate the Degreed integration for your account. To do so, we need API credentials for your Degreed instance. The integration may also benefit from increasing Degreed API limits temporarily to speed up the initial synchronization.
Setting up the integration is a quick process once QA has your Degreed authentication information. You might like to test your integration in a staging environment before activating it in production, in which case the testing time is up to you.
To start the process, contact your CSM or contact support@cloudacademy.com.
