This article discusses the Member Activity report. This report replaces the deprecated User Usage report.
Important: If you use the deprecated report in your automations, you should update to use this report instead. The deprecated report will be deleted at a later date.
The Reports feature is available in enterprise accounts. Administrators, team managers, and stakeholders can access the Reports screen.
This article contains the following sections:
Member Activity Report
The Member Activity report lists how much time each team member has spent training with different kinds of content. You can run the report to contain data for your entire company, for a particular team, or for a particular member. You can also choose the time frame of the data to include in the report.
This report contains a row for each member in your account that has spent any time on training and contains the following columns:
| Column | Description |
| Member Id |
A unique identifier of the member who started the content. Members may appear in multiple rows of this report if they have begun multiple courses. Members who have never started a course do not appear in the report. |
| Member Email |
The email address of the member who started the content. |
| Member First Name | The first name of the member who started the content. |
| Member Last Name | The last name of the member who started the content. |
| Overall Time Spent |
The total time the member has spent on all training content. This field uses the format HH:MM:SS. |
| Lesson Overall Time Spent |
The total time the member has spent on courses. This field uses the format HH:MM:SS. |
| Lesson Started Sessions Count |
The number of times the member has begun any lesson. |
| Lesson Completed Sessions Count | The number of times the member has completed any lesson. |
| Quiz Overall Time Spent |
The total time the member has spent on quizzes. This field uses the format HH:MM:SS. |
| Quiz Started Sessions Count |
The number of times the member has begun any quiz. |
| Quiz Completed Sessions Count |
The number of times the member has completed any quiz. |
| Exam Overall Time Spent |
The total time the member has spent on exams. This field uses the format HH:MM:SS. |
| Exam Started Sessions Count |
The number of times a member has started any exam. |
| Exam Completed Sessions Count |
The number of times a member has completed any exam. |
| Lab Overall Time Spent |
The total time the member has spent on labs. This includes hands-on labs, lab challenges, and playground labs. This field uses the format HH:MM:SS. |
| Lab Started Sessions Count |
The number of times the member has started any lab. |
| Lab Completed Sessions Count |
The number of times the member has completed any lab. |
| Resource Overall Time Spent |
The total time the member has spent on resources. This field uses the format HH:MM:SS. |
| Resource Started Sessions Count |
The number of times a member started any resource. |
| Resource Completed Sessions Count |
The number of times a member completed any resource. |
