This article discusses the Content Inventory report. The Reports feature is available in enterprise accounts. Administrators, team managers, and stakeholders can access the Reports screen.

Content Inventory Report
The Content Inventory Report allows Admins, Team Managers and Stakeholders to export a complete view of the available content, including:
- Public content – All QA-reviewed and curated content
- Custom content – Content created through the Content Engine by the organization.
The report entry includes detailed metadata and audit fields to help organizations track and evaluate content over time.

The portion of the catalog of interest.

The date when the content was first created |

The date when the content was last modified |
Publication Date |
The date when the content was last published |
Status |
The lifecycle status of the content:

Level |
Difficulty level of the content. Valid values are:

Content Type |
The type of content. Valid values are:

Resource Type |
The type of file used in the resource. Empty when the content type is not a resource.

Library Category |
The category where the content appears in the Library. If a piece of content belongs to multiple categories, they are separated by a $ symbol. |
Duration |
The duration of the content in seconds. |
Parent Courses |
The title of the course to which the content belongs. If a piece of content belongs to multiple courses, they are separated by a $ symbol. |
Parent Courses IDs |
The unique identifier of the course to which the content belongs. If a piece of content belongs to multiple courses, they are separated by a $ symbol. |
Content URL |
The URL of the content as it appears to learners in the Public Library. |
Content Engine URL |
Available for private content only, it's the URL of the content as it appears to content creators in the Content Engine. |
Please note: the status draft, unpublished, archived are available only for private content.

The Content Inventory report is one of the Content Reports on the Reports page. See the Reports article for step-by-step instructions to access and run this report.
These reports can be downloaded in CSV format, both via the platform and via API, like all our standard reports.
