This article discusses the Content Access Report. The Reports feature is available in enterprise accounts. Administrators, team managers, and stakeholders can access the Reports screen.
This article contains the following sections:
Content Access Report
The Content Access Report contains a history of which of your members have been assigned content access licenses over time.
This report contains one row per assignment of content access per expiry date.
This report can contain multiple rows for a single member, if they have been granted content access multiple times.
This report contains the following columns:
Column | Description |
User id | The unique identifier of the user. You might use this value to identify the user while using the API. |
The email address of the user. |

External SSO Id | If you have SSO enabled on your account, this is the unique user identifier that the SSO system uses. If you do not have SSO enabled on your account, this field is blank. |
Full name | The full name of the member. |
Assign Date | The date the user was assigned a content access license. |
Content Access End Date | The expiration date of the content access license. |
License Pool Tag | The tag associated with the license pool that the content access license was part of. License pools are used internally by QA. You can use this value as a reference when working with your QA representatives. |
