This article discusses the Smart Skills Scores Report, a feature available to all Enterprise Accounts. Administrators, team managers, and other stakeholders can access the Reports section in the 'Intelligence Area' of the QA Learning Platform.
Purpose of this Report
Understand how learners are progressing with each Smart Skill:
- Identify if the learner has completed an initial assessment, and what their proficiencies are.
- Determine whether the learner is still yet to complete the assessment and take appropriate action by reminding them or offering additional support.
- Monitor the engagement of the "Smart Skills" when the "Smart Assessment" was completed over time.
Identify what the skill growth is for each individual in your organization:
- Understand what the growth is and how individuals have progressed with each "Smart Skill".
- Identify your top learners and skill proficiency levels to understand the learner profile and plan future training.
- Identify if your organization is consuming the "Custom Skills" you created or "Public Skills" to identify more personalized training needs.
Report Details
The "Smart Skills Scores Report" provides a comprehensive overview of all the "Smart Skill assessments" conducted by your organization, including progress details, assessment scores, completion dates, and skill growth.
A member may appear in multiple rows if they have been assessed on more than one Smart Skill. Similarly, a single Smart Skill may appear in multiple rows if multiple members have been assessed on that Smart Skill.
The report contains a row for each member for each evaluated "Smart Skill". This report contains the following columns:

External SSO Id |
If you have SSO enabled on your account, this is the unique user identifier that the SSO system uses. If you do not have SSO enabled on your account, this field is blank. |
Member Id |
The first name of the member. |
Member Name |
The last name of the member. |
Member Email |
The email address of the member. |
Skill Id |
Unique identifier of the Skill. |
Skill Title |
Title of the Skill. |
Initial Assessment Score |
The score was achieved by the member in the initial assessment. This value is between 0 - 100. |
Initial Assessment Star Rating |
The achieved proficiency rating was achieved by the member in the initial assessment. This value is between 0 - 3. 0 star - score achieved between 0 - 24 1 star - score achieved between 25 - 49 2 star - score achieved between 50 - 74 3 star - score achieved between 75 - 100 |
Initial Assessment Completion Date |
The date on which the initial assessment was completed. Datetimes are in UTC. |
Latest Assessment Score |
The score achieved by the member in the latest assessment attempt. This value is between 0 - 100. |
Latest Assessment Star Rating |
The achieved proficiency rating was achieved by the member in the latest attempt. This value is between 0 - 3 assessment attempts. 0 star - score achieved between 0 - 24 1 star - score achieved between 25 - 49 2 star - score achieved between 50 - 74 3 star - score achieved between 75 - 100 |
Latest Assessment Completion Date |
The date in which the Latest assessment was complete. Datetimes are in UTC. |
Skill Growth Percentage |
This is the Skill Growth calculated from the initial and latest Smart assessments scores, indicating how much the learner has improved. Note: If the Skill Growth is 0, this indicates there was no growth or that the learner has yet to complete the Smart assessment again for us to complete a growth value. Note: You will be able to see how much the member has improved their Skill proficiency as a growth percentage. |
Number of Attempts |
Total number of attempts the assessment was completed. |
Is Custom Skill |
TRUE/FALSE Indicator if this Smart Skill is a Custom Skill for your organization. Note: You will be able to identify which are your organization's own Custom Skills or standard public Skills. |
