How to Update Your Payment Method and Billing Address

You can use the following steps to change your credit card billing information:

From the dashboard, hover your mouse over your profile picture in the upper-right corner. Select Settings from the menu that appears.

Alternately, you can click this link to go to your settings directly, and then choose Subscription from the navigation menu on the left.
Click the Update payment details button on the page that appears.

A screen appears where you can change the payment method:
Make any changes to the payment method and click Update.

Changing From PayPal to Credit Card

If Paypal is your default form of payment, you can change it at any time using the procedure above.

Currently, you cannot change your form of payment from credit card to PayPal through the application. To accomplish this, you have two options:

Cancel your credit-card subscription and create a new subscription using Paypal. WARNING: If you do this, you will lose the progress on your Skill Profile.
Contact our Customer Support team so we can help. We can provide the same offer you had during your previous subscription and you will not lose any progress on you Skill Profile.
