Want to know how a Program is going? Access the Program detail page discover how members are progressing and take action. |
On the Program detail page, you can have an overview of everything related to that Program.
On the left sidebar of every Program detail page, you can find a summary of how the program is progressing.
- Progress: This is the overall progress of the members assigned to it.
- Users enrolled: this is the total number of members assigned to the program, with a breakdown of the different statuses
- Active: Members that have not completed or reached the due date yet.
- Overdue: members that did not complete and that are past their due date
- Completed: members that completed their program
- Scheduled (only for scheduled programs): members that are scheduled to start the program in the future
Members' List
The main section on the right contains the list of members that are assigned to the Program.
For each one of them, you can have an overview of their progress, the status, and the due date.
What can I do to help members to complete the training?
Regularly checking the health of your assignments is key to the success of your training goals.
If you find that members are falling behind on the program or that they are past the due date, you have two options to quickly get them back on track.
1. Extend the due date
You can extend the due date of one or more members. This is particularly helpful if some of them are doing multiple training at the same time. You are also able to remove them from the Program completely if, for example, they need to focus on a different training at this moment in time.
If a lot of members are not completing the assignment on time, maybe the duration of the program you have defined is too short. You can edit the duration at any time by editing the program. |
2. Nudge
Sometimes a nudge is what’s needed to get a member back on track. Select the members you want to nudge and we will send them an email on your behalf.
You can check the text of the email before confirming it, just to make sure you are aware of what members will receive.
Our data shows that nudged members are more likely to get back on the platform within a few days of receiving the email! |
