Supports you while you’re studying, guiding you through course and labs content and helping you stay on track.

What Ela can do

Recommending personalized content based on your goals and identify what to study next, making it easier to start and stay engaged.

Answering content-related questions: Clarifying lessons or lectures tied directly to your course material.

Identifying lab errors: Providing personalized feedback on code and identifying the root causes of errors in technical labs.

Testing your knowledge: Asking follow-up questions or quizzing you to reinforce practice.

What Ela cannot do

To ensure the integrity of your learning and the best possible support, you should take into consideration the following limitations:

• Platform queries: It cannot answer questions regarding memberships, account settings, or technical platform issues. Please contact our Support Team for these concerns.

• Irrelevant information: Ela focuses strictly on learning and will not answer general knowledge questions unrelated to your course.

• Full solutions: To maintain the value of hands-on learning, Ela will not provide complete solutions in labs and is unavailable during lab challenges, exams, or quizzes.

• Out-of-scope authority: While Ela may attempt to answer questions outside of the course material, these answers may not be accurate. We recommend verifying out-of-scope info independently.

• Human replacement: Ela is a supplementary tool and does not replace the personalized instruction or support provided by human tutors or customer agents.
