Learning Activities
The left side of the Analytics screen shows small graphs for time spent on Courses, Exams, Labs, Lessons, Quizzes, Resources, and Courses. If you click one of these graphs, you can drill into detail information about the time spent on that learning activity.
In the following example, you see a single user's time dedicated to courses.
When you drill down to this level, you can see the individual courses in addition to the graph over time and where the user stands on the leaderboard. You can click on the individual courses to dig even deeper.
In the Courses section of the screen, you can click Time Spent, Courses Started, and Courses Completed to change what the line graph shows.
Overall
On the right side of the Analytics screen is a graph showing all the time spent completing courses, quizzes, exams, labs, and resources by the users you selected and in the date range you selected.
The Cumulative switch toggles the graph between showing the absolute value for each time period on the graph to showing the value to-date for that time period on the graph. You can click Time Spent, Activities Started, and Activities Completed to change the graph to show those specific values.
Leaderboard
Below the Overall graph, at the bottom of the page, you can find the Leaderboard.
The platform chooses which members appear on this leaderboard based on your configuration of the filters at the top of the Analytics screen. For example, if you choose to show analytics for a team, only the team members appear in this list. You can choose between listing Users or Teams in the leaderboard. Click the name of a user or a team to view data for that person or team.
