This article discusses the User Usage report. The Reports feature is available in enterprise accounts. Administrators, team managers, and stakeholders can access the Reports screen.
This article contains the following sections:
User Usage Report
The User Usage report shows how much time each user in your account spent on training, and breaks down the numbers for lesson, quizzes, and exams. You can run the report to contain data for your entire company, for a particular team, or for a particular user. You can also choose the date range for the data in the report.
This report contains a row for each user in your account that has spent any time on training and contains the following columns:

| total_time_seconds |
The total number of seconds the user has spent on training in QA. This value is equal to the sum of the Classroom Time, Lesson Time, Quiz Time, Exam Time, and Resource Time values later in this report. This field will be removed in the future in favor of the next field, total_time_hhmmss. |
| total_time_hhmmss |
The total amount of time the user has spent on training in QA. This field uses the format hh:mm:ss. This value is equal to the sum of the Classroom Time, Lesson Time, Quiz Time, Exam Time, and Resource Time values later in this report. |
| classroom_time_spent_seconds |
The total number of seconds the user has spent in QA Live Classroom. If your account does not use QA Live Classrooms, 0 appears in this column. This field will be removed in the future in favor of the next field, classroom_time_spent_hhmmss. |
| classroom_time_spent_hhmmss |
The total time the user has spent in QA Live Classroom. This field uses the format hh:mm:ss. If your account does not use QA Live Classrooms, 0 appears in this column. |
| classroom_completed_sessions |
The number of times the user has completed a QA Live Classroom. |
| classroom_started_sessions |
The number of times the user has begun a QA Live Classroom. |
| course_time_spent_seconds |
The total number of seconds the user has spent on the lesson. This field will be removed in the future in favor of the next field, course_time_spent_hhmmss. |
| course_time_spent_hhmmss |
The total time the user has spent on lessons. This field uses the format hh:mm:ss. |
| course_completed_sessions |
The number of times the user has completed a lesson. |
| course_started_sessions | The number of times the user has begun a lesson. |
| quiz_time_spent_seconds |
The total number of seconds the user has spent on quizzes. This field will be removed in the future in favor of the next field, quiz_time_spent_hhmmss. |
| quiz_time_spent_hhmmss |
The total time the user has spent on quizzes. This field uses the format hh:mm:ss. |
| quiz_completed_sessions |
The number of times the user has completed a quiz. |
| quiz_started_sessions |
The number of times the user has begun a quiz. |
| exam_time_spent_seconds |
The total number of seconds the user has spent on exams. This field will be removed in the future in favor of the next field, exam_time_spent_hhmmss. |

The total time the user has spent on exams. This field uses the format hh:mm:ss. |
| exam_completed_sessions |
The number of times a user has completed an exam. |
| exam_started_sessions |
The number of times a user has started an exam. |

The number of times a user completed an exam with a passing score. |
| exam_last_score |
The score the user received on the most recent exam they completed. |
| lab_time_spent_seconds |
The total number of seconds the user has spent on hands-on labs. This field will be removed in the future in favor of the next field, lab_time_spent_hhmmss. |

The total number of seconds the user has spent on hands-on labs. This field uses the format hh:mm:ss. |
| lab_completed_sessions |
The number of times the user completed a hands-on lab. |
| lab_started_sessions |
The number of times the user began a hands-on lab. |
| resource_time_spent_seconds |
The total number of seconds the user has spent on resources. This field will be removed in the future in favor of the next field, resource_time_spent_hhmmss. |

The total time the user has spent on resources. This field uses the format hh:mm:ss. |
| resource_completed_sessions |
The number of times a user completed a resource. |
| resource_started_sessions |
The number of times a user began a resource. |
