This article discusses the Course Content report. The Reports feature is available in enterprise accounts. Administrators, team managers, and stakeholders can access the Reports screen.
This article contains the following sections:
Course Content Report
The Course Content report contains a row for each piece of content in each course in the training library. The fields include information about the content, such as the content type and which step in the course it is. They also include information about the course, such as the difficulty level and version.
This report contains the following columns:
Column | Description |
Course ID |
Unique identifying number of the course |
Course Title |
Title of the course |
Course Difficulty |
Difficulty level of the course. Valid values are:

Version |
A number that identifies the most recent version of the course. |
Account Owner |
If a value appears in this column, then your company created the content. If this field is null, then the content was delivered by QA. |
Step Position |
A number that indicates which ordinal step in the course contains this content. For example, if a piece of content appears in the second step of the course, this field contains 2. |
Step Content Id |
Unique identifying number identifying the piece of content (lesson, lab, etc.) within the course. You can use this field to join the information in this report with information from other content usage reports |
Step Title |
The title of the step within the course |
Step Type |
The type of content in the step. Valid values are:

Total Steps |
The total number of steps in the course |
Course Identifier |
A universally unique identifier for the course. |
