This article discusses the Member Skills report. The Reports feature is available in enterprise accounts. Administrators, team managers, and stakeholders can access the Reports screen.

Member Skills Report
The Member Skills report lists the first and most recent skill scores for each member in your account. A member appears in multiple rows if they have been evaluated for more than one skill. Similarly, a single skill appears in multiple rows if multiple members have been evaluated on that skill.
The report contains a row for each member for each evaluated skill. This report contains the following columns:
Column | Description |
First name | The first name of the member. |
Last name | The last name of the member. |
The email address of the user. |

User ID | The unique identifier of the user. You might use this value to identify the user while using the API. |
Skill | The name of the skill that was assessed. |
Skill type |
The category that the skill belongs to. Valid values are:

First score | The score the member earned on this skill the first time it was assessed. Training library items that can assess a skill include quizzes, exams, lab challenges and some hands-on labs. See How QA Calculates Skill Scores for more information. |
Last score | The most recent score the member earned on this skill. Training library items that can assess a skill include quizzes, exams, lab challenges, and some hands-on labs. |
External SSO Id | If you have SSO enabled on your account, this is the unique user identifier that the SSO system uses. If you do not have SSO enabled on your account, this field is blank. |
Job Role | (As of 9 May 2022) If the member is assigned a job role, this is the title of the job role. If the member is not assigned a job role, this field is blank. |
Career path | (As of 9 May 2022) If the member is assigned a job role that is part of a career path, this is the title of the associated career path. If the member is not assigned a job role, or if the job role is not part of a career path, this field is blank. |
