How to close the Support chat widget

The Support chat widget is available on the Help Center and the platform locations described in the following article How to Contact Platform Support – QA Help Center 

To close the chat widget or minimize it, you can either:

• Click the "x" button next to the widget 

• Press the "Escape" key on your keyboard to close or minimize the Chat once the widget has been opened

   

• Press the down-facing arrow under the widget to close or minimize the Chat once the widget has been opened
