QA supports our product working correctly *only* on the latest versions of the following browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based)
- Apple Safari
Please note that Microsoft Internet Explorer 11, the original Microsoft Edge that is not chromium-based, other chromium-based browsers that are not Google Chrome, or any other browser not listed are not supported. As a result, you will experience problems with the platform if you use any non-supported browser. Some features will not work at all or will behave unexpectedly for other browsers and versions of supported browsers that are more than 12 months old.
If you experience these issues, upgrading your browser is a required first step in troubleshooting. If you use one of the supported browsers, it is up to date, and the issues continue, you can contact the Customer Support team.
Note: Because hands-on labs and lab challenges incorporate tasks you complete within other products, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, those features have their own specific minimum system requirements.
