Monitor an Assessment

Admins and team managers can find the list of Assessments deployed, active and completed in the Assessment section.

• By selecting one assessment, they can reach the Assessment detail page.

On the Assessment detail page, admins and team managers can:

• Check how employees are progressing, with the Progress section
• Visualize Skills strengths and gaps in the "Smart Skill" overview section
• Review how each Learner engaged with the Assessment in the Member's table

They can explore each skill by selecting it for more detail:

• How the Skill proficiency is distributed among Learners
• Which Learners have or do not have specific skills

Or they can drill down into specific members to explore their performance on each skill
