How QA Calculates Skill Scores

Whenever you complete a quiz, exam, or lab challenge, the system estimates your level of knowledge of the skills that the quiz, exam, or lab challenge evaluates. It updates a skill score based on several pieces of data, such as the question's difficulty, the correctness of your answer, and your previous score for this skill.

Note: Questions you submit unanswered or with the I don't know this yet answer are counted incorrect in the scoring. 

At the end of the quiz, exam, or lab challenge, you see updated skill scores on your own Skill Profile. 

If you are a member of an enterprise account, administrators, stakeholders, and your team managers can see your scores on the Skill Profile dashboard.

Note: If you start an exam but then discard it before submitting the answers, the exam does not affect the skill score. Similarly, if you ends a quiz or hands-on lab before finishing, it does not affect the skill score.
