What is changing?
As part of our ongoing brand refresh, we are excited to share that on 3 September 2024, we updated our domain name from cloudcademy.com to platform.qa.com. As a result, we will require customers using Single Sign On (SSO) to update their Identity Provider (IdP) settings to use the new QA domain.
What is the process to update the SSO settings?
We are here to support you every step of the way to make the required updates. The required updates can be made from Wednesday 4 September 2024, please review and plan to make the changes as soon as possible before 31 December 2024.
Process steps are detailed below:
Important note: Once you have reviewed the required updates, please plan and share a proposed date and time for the update with your customer success manager.
We will then work to update the SSO settings on the agreed date and time. Please note, that the QA platform will also updated at the same time to ensure that we have configured that you have made the domain update, so this will need to be coordinated together, to ensure the SSO login flow continues to work successfully.
Important note: There will be no disruption to the existing learner login flow until you make the required update. We anticipate the changes both in your Identity Provider and on the QA platform side to take no longer than 1 hour. In case of any issues or testing required, we recommend you also communicate the date and time of the change to your learners to minimize any disruption.
