This article describes your options for logging in to your QA account through the web platform. 

• To access the QA self-paced learning platform, go to https://platform.qa.com/login/.
  Please don't try to access the QA self-paced learning platform via https://app.qa.com/login/ unless your organization has asked you to do so. 

From the login screen, you have two main login options:

1. Login with your company account
2. Login with your email address and password

Log in to your company account

Login with your company workspace is only available for users who are members of an enterprise account and have set up Single Sign-on (SSO). If your enterprise uses SSO, you can: 

• Click the "Login with your company account" button. enter your company's subdomain on the screen, and click the "Continue" button. 
• Alternatively, you can go directly to your enterprise's custom login URL to skip this step of entering your company's subdomain. 

How do I find my subdomain?

You can obtain your company's subdomain from your administrator (account admin). Or refer to the help tip below.

Tip: A Company Subdomain is a unique identifier for your organization on our platform. It's usually a short version of your company's name. Example: For "Acme Corporation" the subdomain might be "acme".

• If you don't know your company's SSO login URL, contact your administrator.
• Bookmark your SSO login URL to find it easily.

Sign in with your email address and password

To sign in with your email address and password, type in your email address and password and complete the CAPTCHA to log in. 

Tip: Make sure you log in with the email address you used to register on the QA platform. A common login mistake we see is users failing to log in because they're using an incorrect email address.

If your organization has recently been updated to use SSO

When you're ready, you can log in by clicking on "Log in with your company account" or using your organization's "SSO URL". If your organization has enforced SSO as a mandatory method to log in, then you will no longer be able to use your old username and password.

Other options for personal accounts

Sign in with Google

When you create your QA account through the web platform or the mobile app, you have the option to choose to authenticate with a Google account. If you choose that option, you should use the "Sign in with Google" button to log in. Even if you didn't choose this option, if you created your account using a Gmail email address, it is possible to switch to using this method to log in.

Notes:

• Once you start using the "Sign in with Google" button to log in, you must continue using that button. If you want to go back to using your email and password, contact platformsupport@qa.com.
• If you set up your account to sign in with Google, your Gmail address will receive email alerts for your account. 

Sign in with Apple

To sign in with Apple, you must have created your account using the mobile app on iOS. Once you're ready to log in to the web platform, you can choose the "Sign in with Apple" button and follow the prompts.

The email address you have registered with your Apple account will receive any email alerts from your QA account.
