This article describes your options for logging in to your QA account through the mobile app platform.
To access our self-paced learning platform on mobile, you need to download the QA mobile app (QA - Learn. To Change).
Once you have downloaded the app, follow the login steps below to access content on the platform.
- Log in with email
- Continue with google
- Log in with company SSO
Mobile login screen
- Open the QA mobile app and tap the "login" button, a login screen will appear.
- Enter your email and click the "login with email" button to open the next screen.
- Enter your password into the new screen and click the "sign in" button.
Note: If you are just creating an account, tap "Register now" and options to set up your account with an "email address", "Google", "Apple" (on iOS), or "company SSO" appear. Whichever option you choose here continues to be your login method any time you need to sign in to the mobile app or on the platform.
Continue with Google
- Select "Continue with Google" and follow the prompts
Login with company SSO (Single Sign-on)
- On the login main screen, select the "login with company SSO" option, the screen below will appear, enter your company's subdomain and click the "login with company SSO" button to continue.

You will then be redirected to your company’s identity provider (IdP) to authenticate with a username and password.
How do I find my subdomain?
You can obtain your company's subdomain from your administrator (account admin). Or refer to the below for a help tip.
A company subdomain is a unique identifier for your organization on our platform. It's usually a short version of your company's name. For example: For "Acme Corporation" the subdomain might be "acme".
Note: To be able to use the SSO to log in, this must be set up first by your administrator.
